The Hartsdale Fire District uses Beacon Bid to advertise solicitations and share bidding opportunities with suppliers.

To view a solicitation, click on the desired bid and complete the free registration form through Beacon. Once registered, you will receive an email containing a link to download the bid documents and any attachments.

Suppliers may also subscribe, at no cost, to receive email notifications of future bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you receive all addenda, updates, and notifications related to your solicitation.

There is no cost to register or submit bids through Beacon Bid.
